What do I need to start playing rugby?
What do I need to start playing rugby?
Boots (we have a swap box in the clubhouse if you are stuck for boots - see if your size is in there)
Suitable comfortable clothing (such as t-shirt, shorts or joggers), plus a change of clothes and a towel for when you get muddy!
A gumshield if you are starting to play contact rugby (not needed for first session)
Water bottle
A sense of fun, a good attitude and willingness to learn a fantastic sport!
